I had a great coffee which was highly appreciated after my first night of camping! The food being served looked very good as well. The atmosphere was nice and friendly and I enjoyed being surrounded by locals.
After being awakened at 3am by a rowdy group of revelers in the otherwise totally awesome town of Nakusp, I was really hoping I would find a great coffee shop. The so called coffee pot at the hotel only had those tea bag like coffee filers that go in those little two cup gizmos. I got what I was hoping for here. Not only did they have great coffee. but they also offer an array of fresh baked goods with muffins, scones, sausage roll, and irresistible cinnamon buns. Go here.
Wow. I was pleasantly surprised by this small town cafe. Great coffee selection and even thought the gentleman who served us said there was not much left in term of food the choices we had were great. We had a sausage roll and a samosa and 2 coffee. The gentleman who served us was very kind and friendly. If your passing through Nakusp stop here for a cup of Joe or a bite to eat.
The coffee was very good and also the people working were very helpful. I appreciated them. We chilled out and they had free Wi-Fi and kicking horse coffee. Top tier stuff y'all. Will definitely be back today for even more coffee
Highly recommended. Cute small town coffee shop with light food options. Soy and almond milk available. Yummy Kicking Horse coffee. Good selection of loose tea. The gals behind the counter are lovely - we came back on the return trip because they were so sweet on the trip through. Good stuff!
